Hi everybody. I spoke to Carlos Martinez of Beyond the Bell. Grace Rodriguez - who does BTB programming after school at
RFK - is going to help us out with the site visit. As soon as we get dates and times we'll contact Carlos and he’ll put us in

have BTB staff that they enjoy working with and whether those staff already have spots on campus that they enjoy
working on after school. If so, the weekend CSPs could be in the same spots.

Good Morning,

I would like to postpone Wednesday’s conference call.

The principals meeting that we were waiting to hear back about was canceled last Thursday. It
has been rescheduled for this Thursday.

I spoke with Rosario from RFK this morning and she said that she has enough information to
present the idea to the principals. I will then follow up with her after that.

Based on that feedback I will contact the group to schedule a campus site visit (as recommend
by Debbie from RFK who I spoke to on Friday) or possibly meeting with principals and RFK
Staff to discuss in more detail.

We can speak on the phone before then.
